2025 PCTA Annual Meeting Notice

 Notice of PCTA Annual Meeting (Pembroke Creek Townhouses Association) Date & Time: Sunday, April 6th, 2025, at 1:30 pm Location: Edenton Town Hall, 400 South Broad Street We have reserved a meeting room at the Town Hall building. Key issues for this year’s meeting will be the election of officers and one board member.  A list of the current officers, board members, and volunteer members of the standing committees will be mailed out. Announced candidates for the open positions are included in that communication. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a position, inform Tom Brown (#10. 412-915-9156) by March 23rd. Proxy: Please complete the attached proxy form for owners who cannot attend. The board must receive the form before the meeting.
